Comments: The company itself is wonderful, their customer service is top notch. The subcontractors they sent to install the floor did a great job, they were clean and efficient and very nice. I would ve given them a 5 star except the lead person who came to install the floor treated the 2nd person with him terribly at several points during the day. At one point they got in to an argument in my driveway. I understand that there is one person in charge and the other is there to help but he really treated her poorly. I m not sure I would ve stayed on the job if I had been her. She was a trooper and kept her temper and did everything he asked of her, no matter how many times he made her climb those steps and go outside. She deserves 5 stars, the actual company deserves 5 stars, just not the grumpy Gus who led the actual laying of the floor. He needed to take a nap.

Comments: From the beginning the sales representative that came out to my home was excellent . We were not pressured. He gave us a great price that we can afford. The quality of the carpet is outstanding. The installers were perfect. They were very neat and they cleaned up everything when they were done & put my furniture back just the way they found it. I would most definitely recommend this company to others. The only thing that I was not happy with was the communication between the office. I had to keep calling them to find out when they were coming . They could definitely improve in that area. Overall though it was great doing business with them. They are a great company

Comments: Be prepared for the high pressure sales from John (which I did not appreciate be caved to). The installers came when they said they would and completed our basement carpeting installation in one day and cleaned everything up. We did have to call for a return visit due to an area that was bunched up, and they returned within days and stretch and trimmed carpet to improve installation issue. Summary- was not please with hard sell and lack of proper installation initially, but please with timeliness of installation, clean up and customer service follow up. We like the carpet and hopefully, it will last as quality is difficult to determine as minimal information on manufacturer to compare.
